2 cups boiling water

2 small cinnamon sticks

2 teaspoons honey

1 cup boiling water

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon raw honey


Once you have your boiling water, add it to a mug containing the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and drink.


Cinnamon and Ginger

This scrumptious tea is packed with immune-boosting ingredients and more than enough vitamin C to keep you feeling your best during the flu season. Because this tea recipe must be boiled, it’s easier to make this one in larger batches. Follow the recipe below for three servings or double it for a week’s supply! 

- 4-5 slices fresh ginger
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 lemon, cut in wedges
- 3 cups boiling water
- Touch of honey, to taste

In a small pot, mix ginger slices, cinnamon sticks, half of the lemon wedges, and water. Cover and boil for 20 minutes. Squeeze the rest of the lemon into tea and add honey to individual servings to sweeten according to your liking.


Burdock, Berries, and Balm

Boiling water

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 inch ginger root, sliced
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste 

Whisk ingredients together and cook in a saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes. If you enjoy a dairy base for your tea, feel free to use milk instead of water—just don’t allow the mixture to reach a boiling point; let it simmer.


Citrus Turmeric Tea

If you’re not a huge fan of the taste of raw ginger and turmeric powder, you can mix it with other fresh ingredients for an added health boost and an even more enjoyable taste! It’s the perfect tea to boost immune systems. 

- 1 inch fresh turmeric root, sliced
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, sliced
- 1/2 small orange, sliced
- 1 cup boiling water
- Sprigs of fresh mint
- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tablespoon dried elderberries

Break up the rose hips to release the sweet aroma and rich nutrients and then combine with remaining ingredients in a french press. Add boiling water and let steep for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy!


Cinnamon Thyme

This tea for the immune system tastes so fresh and is so easy to make. It’s likely that this cinnamon thyme concoction will become your new favorite hot drink. 

- 4 cups hot water
- 2-3 small cinnamon sticks
- 4 teaspoons dried thyme
- Sweetener of choice
